We wanted to address the recent issue regarding ChatGPT and its closing to Italian customers, following "suspension for investigation" action by the Italian DPA. We understand that this may have caused inconvenience for our Italian customers, and we would like to express our understanding for any frustration this may have caused.
We have been made aware that some of our Italian customers have still been accessing ChatGPT via VPN.
We would like to remind everyone that AIPRM is fully functional and can still be used with ChatGPT, albeit with some technical hurdles to bypass limitations. It has been heartening to see that many Italians have continued to use AIPRM despite the limitations.

We would also like to clarify that AIPRM, Corp is a separate company from Open AI and ChatGPT.
As such, we are unable to offer refunds for any Italian customers who have already subscribed to AIPRM, regardless of the actions by OpenAI or ChatGPT. This is in accordance with our billing terms that were agreed upon at the time of purchase, which can be found here.
However, we understand that some customers may wish to cancel their subscription to prevent further billing. If you wish to do so, please follow the instructions outlined here.
